Returns
- Only unopened and unused items are eligible for returns.
- If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be requested within 5-10 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- No video, no exchange. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
- Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept exchanges for used or opened products.
