Returns

 


We accept returns under the following conditions:

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Return requests must be made within 5 to 10 days from the date your order was delivered.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow processing time as per your financial institution’s policies.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To ensure a smooth process, we require the following:

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the issue as the item is being opened.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Items that have been used, opened without documentation, or tampered with are not eligible for exchange.

Please note:

No exchange requests will be honored without an unboxing video clearly showing the issue upon opening. This policy is in place to prevent misuse and to ensure fair handling of legitimate concerns.

 

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

 


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at hello@hauteminutemakeup.com.

2. Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange.

3. (For exchanges) Attach a clear unboxing video that shows the issue before the product is removed or used.

Our team will review your request and respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

 

 

Important Reminder

 

 

Returns and exchanges will not be processed without compliance to the above requirements, particularly the unboxing video for damaged or defective items. We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package for documentation purposes.
